Update for sync problems

Our sync server keeps on crashing, so we’ve decided to move to another hosting provider. The server is almost set-up and prepared to move the user¬†data. We’ve found out that during the crash some users lost the ability to log in and get their shows back. When the move is complete those users have to re-create their account and showlist. We are very sorry for this, especially because it happened a couple of times before. If your purchase is not older than 90 days you can get a refund from Apple:
