Update for sync problems

Our sync server keeps on crashing, so we’ve decided to move to another hosting provider. The server is almost set-up and prepared to move the user data. We’ve found out that during the crash some users lost the ability to log in and get their shows back. When the move is complete those users have to re-create their account and showlist. We are very sorry for this, especially because it happened a couple of times before. If your purchase is not older than 90 days you can get a refund from Apple:
